![]() You can still make them, at least up to 13✬ (55✯), maybe even warmer? Check out our video for How to Make Bird Seed Ornaments: It’s supposed to rain this afternoon, so I’m guessing that will probably melt them away, but if your weather is a little on the mild side, don’t worry about them falling apart from the warmer temperatures. I was worried the mild temperatures would melt the gelatin, but the ornaments are still holding up perfectly well! But then it warmed up to 13✬ (55✯) outside with bright sunshine for a few days. I made these birdseed ornaments when it was around 1✬ (34✯) outside, which I considered perfect weather for them to hold their shape. ![]() We’ve had a bit of a temperature swing where we live the last week or so. And wow, when there’s a bright red cardinal perched on the ledge of our little wooden bird house, it just makes our whole day! Maybe it’s a maternal instinct to feed others? I have no idea? But when I see birds, I call the kids over shouting, “LOOK! LOOK! There’s a bird on the birdfeeder!” And then they come running to the window and they get really excited too. I don’t know why, but I get a little giddy when I see birds in the backyard eating the birdseed that I put out for them. So when our birdseed ornaments were done, we went outside and hung our “bird cookies” on the trees and bushes in the backyard. These birdseed ornaments are really easy to make! They look amazing and they might even look complicated, but don’t let it fool you – They’re super simple! I ended up calling them “bird cookies” with the kids because it’s kind of what they look and feel like. (So in the end 5x on the OSSC doesnt work (as it only supports it on 240p and similar resolutions. Tried enabling vsync in pcsx2 with windows aero on, had perfect screen without tearing and stuttering BUT slow performance. Ive used 1.4 and 1.5 and they both do it. (ICO 60 Hz mode on the PAL version).Įdit: Oh, and others have reported on it as well, see f.e.: So I dont think its necessarily TV related.Įdit2: GSM cant fix it, as it doesnt have an 240p image mode. Whenever I play Socom CA, the top left to the bottom right of the entire screen has a horrible screen tear. ![]() ![]() Both ICO (PAL) and my PS1 games run at 60Hz though. Havent tried GSM to force a NTSC output, but may try that next. You are using OPL, so GameFAQs is not the right place where you can find a solution. I have managed to solve the tearing issue using the line extratransposebuffer. Since that moves the OSSC into 2x scaling mode (on my settings), as 525i is detected. so it probably dont have vertical sync, if Im not mistaken even the remastered version on the ps3 has this little problem. Rotate the screen: rotatescreen: ALT + Enter: Toggle fullscreen mode. Has anyone found a way to fix it, or has an idea what OSSC setting might impact it?Īlso interesting tidbit, it doesnt happen on the idle video (Gametrailer in 525i) that plays on the start menu in ICO (the one thats actually a video, and not ingame (you see video compression)). Go to Settings -> Interface -> Game Display and preferably check the Start Fullscreen checkbox and dont check Render To Main Window, so you can alt+tab. Meaning, I like that setting, very much, for both PS1 and PS2 games, if it wasnt for the tearing. ![]() The drawback is, that whenever there is slowdown in the game (<60fps) youll get <30 fps. Just disable framelimiting and enable VSYNC. Has anyone found a way to fix it, or has an idea what OSSC setting might impact it? I see it on PAL 240p PS2 games like ICO (actually 263p) and on NTSC PSX games alike (using POPStarter), 3x and 4x (?) dont suffer from it, and if I turn 5x resolution to 1920x1200 instead of 1920x1080 its gone as well, but the game still displays with (accurate) Pal Borders around it, which are cropped on my TV if I use 5x at 1920x1080. If you own NTSC games and a 60Hz screen you are lucky. ![]() 73870388041 Logo Ameba Icon Security Icon Security White Icon Privacy Icon Performance Icon Privacy Icon Security Icon Performance Icons/45/01 Security/Other-Threats Icons / 32 / Bloatware removal Icons / 32 / Registry Cleaner Icons / 32 / CleanUp Icons / Feature / 32 / Mac Icons / 32 / Browser cleanup Icons/32/01 Security/Malware Icons/32/01 Security/Viruses Icons/32/01 Security/Other-Threats Icons/32/01 Security/phishing Icons/32/01 Security/Scams Icons/32/01 Security/hacking Icons/32/01 Security/Security-tips Icons/32/01 Privacy/Privacy-tips Icons/32/01 Performance/Software Icons/32/01 Privacy/Identity-Protection Icons/32/01 Privacy/Digital-life Icons/32/01 Performance/Performance-tips Icons/32/01 Security/Passwords Icons/32/01 Security/Ransomware Icons/32/01 Security/Business Icons/32/02 Privacy/Browser Icons/32/02 Privacy/IP adress Icons/32/02 Privacy/VPN Icons/32/02 Privacy/Proxy Icons/32/02 Privacy/Streaming Icons/32/03 Performance/Celaning Icons/32/03 Performance/Drivers Icons/32/03 Performance/Gaming Icons/32/03 Performance/Hardware Icons/32/03 Performance/Speed Icons / 32 / Bloatware removal Icons / 32 / Registry Cleaner Win Icons / 32 / CleanUp Icons / Feature / 32 / Mac Icons / 32 / Browser cleanup Icons/60/02 Privacy/02_Privacy Icons/60/01 Security/01_Security Icons/60/03 Performance/03_Performance Icons/45/01 Security/phishing Icons/45/01 Security/Scams Icons/45/01 Security/hacking Icons/45/01 Security/Security-tips Icons/45/01 Privacy/Privacy-tips Icons/45/01 Performance/Software Icons/45/01 Privacy/Identity-Protection Icons/45/01 Privacy/Digital-life Icons/45/01 Performance/Performance-tips Icons/80/01 Security/phishing Icons/80/01 Security/Scams Icons/80/01 Security/hacking Icons/80/01 Security/Security-tips Icons/80/01 Privacy/Privacy-tips Icons/80/01 Performance/Software Icons/80/01 Privacy/Identity-Protection Icons/80/01 Privacy/Digital-life Icons/80/01 Performance/Performance-tips Icons/80/01 Security/IoT Icons/80/01 Security/Malware Icons/80/01 Security/Passwords Icons/80/01 Security/Ransomware Icons/80/01 Security/Viruses Icons/80/01 Security/Other-Threats Icons/80/03 Security/Business Icons/80/02 Privacy/Browser Icons/80/02 Privacy/IP adress Icons/80/02 Privacy/VPN Icons/80/02 Privacy/Proxy Icons/80/02 Privacy/Streaming Icons/80/03 Performance/Celaning Icons/80/03 Performance/Drivers Icons/80/03 Performance/Gaming Icons/80/03 Performance/Hardware Icons/80/03 Performance/Speed Icons/80/03 Performance/03_Performance Icons/80/02 Privacy/02_Privacy The unique system combines the finest quality natural and exotic ingredients with powerful high-tech compounds to achieve exquisite, brilliant color with superior gray coverage. A major purpose of this investigation is to call into question this built-in bias toward risk. This bias toward risk is assumed in the acceptance of the use of the phrase ‘risk management’. ![]() The phrase implies that the taking of risk is either necessary and/or advantageous and if it carries any negative consequences, these consequences can be mitigated or eliminated by proper management. ![]() It should be pointed out, at the outset, that the phrase ‘risk management’ is already biased in favor of risk. For the most part, the discussion will refer to the primary sense of the term and only occasionally in special contexts, to the second. Secondarily, it will refer to the taking of risk with the possessions, e.g., the wealth of human beings. The phrase ‘risk management’ will refer primarily to the risk of life and limb of human beings, present and future and to the life and health of the planet. The argument of the chapter is that by heightening the ethical sensitivity of decision makers, these decision makers will be less likely to make decisions that will cause harm and/or death to those who are the principal actors in the situation created by the decision. By changing the semantics of ‘risk management’ to ‘risk taking’ or ‘risky decision making’, the ethics of responsibility for risking other people’s lives will come into focus. The risk that exists in the objective situation simply needs to be “managed”. The concept of risk management implies that risk is already there, not created by the decision, but lies already inherent in the situation that the decision sets into motion. Risky decision making takes place whenever and wherever decisions are taken by those whose lives are not immediately threatened by the situation in which the risk to other people’s lives is created by their decision. The argument will take the form that the use of the phrase ‘risk management’ operates to cover over the ethical dimensions of what is at the bottom of the problem, namely, risky decision making. In this chapter, we will argue that the very concept of risk management must be called into question. The case for risk taking or risky decision making ![]() ![]() Your deep cycle batteries have a higher resting voltage, so your starter battery isn’t taking the load.Īfter the roller coaster of emotions on if you fed a mogwai after midnight, pull the fuses on your fuse box (you did individually fuse your circuits, right?) and reconnect and fully power one at a time.
